The purpose of this article is to demonstrate how to properly remove a user or customer.
Steps
- Login to your merchant admin account and tap Users on the left sidebar
- Tap the pencil icon in the Action column for target user
- Set user Enabled: Yes -> No
- Tap Update
- to confirm setting change this takes action against Shipping Accounts by setting each Shipping Account as Paused – Contract Terminated
- Tap Delete user
- Removes from active user list
- To recover, enable check box Show Trashed during search for users where account was deleted
