Security is a top priority at Share A Refund. There are many methods used to protect the security of the merchant and all who access the platform. The intent of this support topic is to guide you through the steps to enable the Protected Information feature within your merchant account.
Enable Protected Information feature
- Log in to your merchant account.
- On the left sidebar, tap Users.
- Search for the user on the page
- Tap the row to Edit User.
- Find Protected feature and set to enabled.
View your Resources Folder
Check the Resources Folder within your account for important security documents that you can send to your customers.
Who is the Protected Feature for?
The Protected Information feature is designed to benefit users managing privileged information or protected health information. This can include:
- Accountants
- Attorneys
- Biomedical labs
- Medical device manufacturers
- Pharmaceutical companies
