The CAO Customers Missing Volume Report can be found within the Reporting Dashboard. The intent of this article is to explain the function of the report.
Purpose
The purpose of the CAO Customers Missing Volume Report is to display Carrier Optimization Agreement customers that are not showing all shipping volume in their dashboard. This could be due to a variety of reasons.
