LDS Annual Report

The LDS Annual Report can be found within the Reporting Dashboard. The intent of this article is to explain the function of the report.

Purpose

The purpose of the LDS Annual Report is to show full Lost and Damage activity across selected shipping accounts. The data is presented in a clean pdf.

How to generate report

This report can be exported by tapping the Export Data icon found within the Reports section on the left sidebar

Admins and manager users

All reports across all accounts are merged into a single pdf.

Pages included within

  • Table of contents
  • Shipment Profile: This table is designed to detail the number of shipments, total gross spend, and total net spend.

  • Lost and Damaged Shipment Claim Count: This section summarizes approved, submitted/attempted, and rejected/not-eligible claims.

  • Claims Paid by Amount: This table sorts successful claims into groupings based on the refund amount, specifically looking at amounts less than $100, exactly $100, and greater than $100.

  • Claims Paid by Service Type: This showcases the paid claims grouped by the type of shipping service used.

  • Key Metrics: This table tracks useful ratios, including the frequency of lost and damaged shipments, the claim payout success ratio, and total payouts.
