Claim issued :: Claim issued and paperwork sent to shipper. Payment document (invoice is required). Target: upload invoice / payment document.
Shipment inspection scheduled :: Carrier inspection of package scheduled
Claim reported – supporting documents received :: Successful claim submission.
Claim review in progress :: Check back later for claim review status and payment status.
Claim review complete :: Payment status on claim follows this step. Check the dashboard.
Claim not approved – insufficient merchandise description :: Additional information for contents of package required.
Claim not approved – unable to contact receiver :: Invalid contact info provided, carrier unable to reach receiver of shipment.
Payment has been processed for your claim :: Payment detail are available on the dashboard.
