The intent of this article is to guide the HM to the interview agenda on introduction and briefing. This will happen in the interview process.

The HM will ask the general questions and assess the candidate’s communication skills using the checklist provided below:
General interview questions
- Tell me something about yourself.
- What do you think are the characteristics of an effective communicator?
- What are your strengths?
- What are your weaknesses?
- What is your work experience, if any?
- When you have a lot of work to do, how do you get it all done? Give me an example.
- Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
- Are you currently employed?
- What is your salary expectation?
- Describe your ideal work environment.
The HM can add or remove questions if deemed necessary.

Once the HM finished his part of the interview, RM will then take over and ask role-specific questions.
