Shipping accounts associated with your Share A Refund account are managed in the customer dashboard. This guide handles common task related to adding new accounts and making changes to existing shipping accounts.
Add a shipping account
Have multiple shipping accounts?
Add one whilst creating your account. Once signed up successfully, additional accounts can be added from inside your customer dashboard.
- Login to Your account.
- Tap Add Shipping Account.
- Tap the Update button to the right of the shipping account name.
- Input the Descriptive label.
- Choose the Account Type.
- Input the Username for the shipping account.
- Input the Password.
- Tap the Add Shipping Account button.
Tips on adding shipping accounts
- Use the username and password associated with the billing features of your shipping account.
- Online billing features must be enabled on the shipping account.
- Auditing and claim filing services will be enabled on all accounts associated with the login.
Update a shipping account
Recently change the password on your shipping account?
An email sent to you includes a button that takes users directly to the edit page inside your customer account.
- Login to Your account.
- Tap on the Shipping account that requires an update.
- Tap Update button on the right side of the shipping account name.
- Enter the updated Password for the shipping account.
- Tap Update Shipping Account button.
Remove a shipping account
Want to keep the data for reporting purposes?
Update the password to keep the shipping activity inside your Share A Refund account.
- Login to Your account.
- Tap Overview in the menu.
- Tap the Delete button.
- Confirm the removal of the account.
